AV / Withdrawal

Withdraw a purchase.

If you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, you can do it here. It takes two steps and you do not have to give a reason.

01

Who this is for

Consumers in the EU generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. We do not ask you to give that right up at checkout, so if you bought as a consumer it is yours to use.

You do not need an account, an order number, or a reason. Your name and the email address you ordered with are enough to find the purchase.

02

Declare your withdrawal

Optional. Anything from your receipt that identifies the purchase.

You will be asked to confirm on the next step. You do not have to give a reason, and we do not ask for one.

03

What happens next

We record the date and time your declaration was submitted and send you a confirmation by email straight away. Keep that email: it is your record of when you withdrew.

We will then arrange the refund of the purchase price. Payment is processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for the sale, so the refund is returned by the route you paid and may also be handled through Stripe’s own support process.

04

Another way

A withdrawal does not have to use this form. A clear statement by email is equally valid — write to hello@assetvaults.co. The form exists because it gives you a timestamped confirmation without having to compose anything.

Full terms are on the terms page. How this information is handled is on the privacy page.
